AFTER-SCHOOL NANNY needed in GLEN ELLYN, IL 60137

This loving family has 2 children: 6-year-old boy and 4-year-old boy and is seeking a trustworthy, responsible and fun After-School Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Children are in school until 3:30pm. Duties include: some household things before picking up the children--walking dog, tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher, children's laundry, running errands, meal prep/get after-school snacks ready, get dinner ready, etc., then pick up children from school around 3:30pm, bring back home, have children empty their back-packs, get a snack set up, have children do their homework, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with children, play outside, take to parks, playgrounds, etc., drive to after-school activities sometimes, enforce manners and help get dinner started. The ideal candidate will be warm, communicative and proactive. Parent work from home on Thur.

This is a long-term position for 4 days and 16 hours a week.

Work days and hours:

Monday-Thursday: 2pm-6pm
 

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver and have a clean record, family will provide a car to drive children to/from school and activities and to run family errands.



Family has 1 small dog

Salary: $28-$30 per hour TAKE HOME

Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, national holidays and 2 sick days
