PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER needed in CHICAGO, IL 60614 (LINCOLN PARK)

This busy family of 5 is seeking a reliable, experienced and proactive Housekeeper to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 7,000 square foot home (dust, vacuum, mop, clean all rooms), pick up clutter and keep up with organizational systems that they already have in place, load/unload dishwasher, make the beds, change linens, family laundry and other cleaning projects that are to be done on a schedule (ex: cleaning fridge, oven, windows, seasonal projects, etc.). The Housekeeper should work well independently and be able to proactively come up with a cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). The ideal candidate will be professional, hardworking and pays attention to detail. There are 3 children (will be at school majority of the day) and client's mom with her caregiver in the home regularly;. 

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (30 hours/week-preferred schedule): Monday-Friday: 9am-3pm

Option 2 (25 hours/week): Monday-Friday: 9am-2pm

Option 3 (24 hours/week ): Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 9am-3pm

Option 4 (20 hours/week): Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 9am-2pm

Option 5 (15-18 hours/week  ): Monday/Wednesday/Friday:9am-2pm or 9am-3pm

Driving not needed. Housekeeper does not need to drive at all.

Family has 1 large dog (Golden Retriever) 

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor-based on experience

 Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (trying to align with family's since they travel a lot), national holidays and 3 sick days.
