FULL-TIME NANNY needed in CHICAGO, IL 60618 (LAKEVIEW)
This busy and healthy family has 2 children: 3-year-old boy and 2-month-old baby boy and is seeking a trustworthy, punctual and engaging Nanny to stay with their family for many years. Duties include: newborn care (diapers, feeding, naptime), get children ready for the day, prepare bottles for baby, prepare healthy snacks and meals for older child, wash/sterilize bottles, drive oldest child to/from school (currently in school 1/2 days), take children to parks, library, classes, museums, etc., tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher and children's laundry. Parents work from home. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, active and reliable. Mom will be on maternity leave until beginning of February.
Work days and hours:
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
NOTE: Flexibility to stay later on occasion and flexibility to help out with occasional overnights with advanced notice.
NOTE: Nanny will have to use her car to drive children to/from school and activities and will get reimbursed for mileage.
Salary: $28-$30 per hour
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 5 sick days.
Family has 1 large dog.
