AFTER-SCHOOL NANNY-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in LA GRANGE, IL 60525

This very friendly family has 2 children: 9-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl and is seeking an experienced, flexible, and communicative After-school Nanny-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. While children are in school household management tasks will be completed. Household management tasks include: light housekeeping (tidy up the home), laundry, make dinner for the family 3 nights a week (examples: pasta, chicken and rice, soup, etc.), and let the dog out. Nanny duties include: pick up children from school, take them to their activities, help with homework, and arrange play-dates. The ideal candidate will be engaging, energetic, and happy.

Work days and hours:

Monday-Thursday: 2pm-6pm

NOTE: If Nanny is interested in adding more hours in the summer family would be happy to add more—this is a plus but not a must!

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver. You can either use the family car or your own car and be reimbursed for mileage (Nanny’s choice if they want to use family car or own car)

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, national holidays that fall on a work day, and 2 sick days
