PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER (ESTATE LEVEL) needed in CHICAGO, IL 60610 (GOLD COAST)

This professional family (2 adults, 2 children 50% of the time) is seeking a highly experienced, trustworthy and detail-oriented Housekeeper to stay with them long-term.

**Family has a Full-time Housekeeper—Part-time Housekeeper and Full-time Housekeeper will work together as a team to get tasks done**

Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 7,000 square foot condo, make beds, change bed linens, load/unload dishwasher, polish silverware, clean outdoor patio as needed, organizational projects, run occasional errands, grocery shopping, water plants, pack/unpack for trips, accept deliveries, wait for repairs, maintenance services as needed, family laundry--there are several designer pieces--so someone who knows how to care for certain materials, can separate what needs to go to dry cleaning, etc., ironing/steaming clothes as needed, some simple cooking--a few times a week and occasionally helping with pick up of children--ages 11 and 13 from school.

The condo is in a high-net worth building; meticulously designed and maintained. There are several special finishes, fixtures, valuable art and furniture within the home. This person Must have experience working in an estate or home similar to this one. Housekeeper must be able to climb a ladder (high ceilings) and have a deep knowledge in cleaning various finishes (brass, marble, etc.).

Family keeps an exceptionally tidy and neat household. The ideal candidate will be efficient, careful, professional, confidential, knowledgeable and friendly.

This is a part-time position for 2-3 days for 16-24 hours per week

Work days and hours:

Any 2-3 days as long as the days are not in a row. Flexible on start/end times.

NOTE: Driving is needed and Housekeeper-Household Manager will need to use own car and will be reimbursed for mileage. Parking is provided.

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor--based on experience-- BEFORE TAXES
