PART-TIME NANNY needed in NAPERVILLE, IL 60540
This loving Catholic family has 2 children: 2-year-old boy and 1-year-old girl and is seeking a patient, engaging and responsible Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Mom stays home. Some days she will be out running errands while Nanny is with both children and some days she will want to spend one on one time with one of the children while the Nanny is with the other child and vice versa. Duties include: play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with children, read books, sing songs, do arts and crafts, teach letters, numbers, colors, play outside, play games, etc.,take to nearby parks, playgrounds, etc., get children ready for the day, prepare healthy snacks and meals for kids, tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher and let dogs out if needed. The ideal candidate will be very engaging with the children (not on screens or phone), be very reliable, loving and an excellent communicator.
Work days and hours:
Option 1 (15 hours/week):
Monday: 8am-1pm
Tuesday: 8am-1pm
Wednesday: 8am-1pm
Option 2 (17 hours/week):
Monday: 8am-1pm
Tuesday: 8am-1pm
Wednesday: 9am-4pm
Option 3 (19 hours/week):
Monday: 8am-1pm
Tuesday: 8am-1pm
Wednesday: 8am-1pm
+ one weekday evening 5pm-9pm
**NOTE: If someone is interested in working an evening 5pm-9pm every other week or even once a month that would be a big plus!
Driving not needed. Nanny does not need to drive at all.
Family has 2 dogs-Golden retriever and Golden doodle eskimo
Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor--based on experience BEFORE TAXES
