FULL-TIME NANNY needed in GENEVA, IL 60134

This loving family has 1 child: 5-month-old baby girl and is seeking a friendly, engaging and reliable Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: newborn care (diapers, feeding, naps, etc.), dress child, prepare bottles, wash/sterilize bottles, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities to ensure baby is meeting milestones, read books, sing songs, take child outside weather permitting-to parks, playgrounds, library, to the pool, etc., tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher and child's laundry. Baby is currently on a feed, play and sleep schedule. Nanny will need to follow this schedule and track during the day and then communicate the baby's day with parents. Mom works from home 50% of the time and there may be sometimes she is with the baby; during this time Nanny should be flexible to help out with some extra tasks such as tidying up, running an errand, etc. Nanny must be CPR certified or willing to get certified if hired.  The ideal candidate will be helpful, loving and an excellent communicator.

This is a long-term position for 5 days and 40-45 hours a week. 

Work days and hours: 

Monday-Friday: 8/8:30am-5pm

NOTE: Fridays might be able to end a little earlier. Flexibility to stay a little later on occasion.
 

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 holidays, 5 sick days.
